The Interventional Radiology team at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford offers the latest in minimally invasive tools and procedures in infants, children and adolescents, reducing the need for open surgery in many conditions. These minimally invasive imaging techniques guide procedures such as ultrasound, fluoroscopy and CT.

 

In addition to specially trained pediatric interventional radiologists, our dedicated team includes registered nurses and radiologic technologists who are committed to providing the very latest in image-guided, minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic care for our young patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

Education:  Graduate from an accredited nursing program.  Prefer BSN.

Experience:  2 years of experience in pediatric /adult acute care OR 2 years of experience in adult critical care. Radiology experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Current California RN License, Current AHA Healthcare Provider BCLS and PALS certification.  CCRN preferred. ACLS preferred.
