This role is in charge of maintaining an accurate, efficient, and data driven supply location/area. They will be able to pull and analyze inventory data to make decisions for par levels, item placement, and stock room removals. They will work directly with clinicians, vendors & supply chain personnel to ensure all needed specialty supplies, implants, tissues etc. are on site. Responsibilities will include but not limited to ordering, stocking, receiving, case need projections, trials & evaluations, vendor scheduling, implant tracking, consignment management, and process improvement projects within area of service / department.

Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Service Standards of the Hospital(s).
Maintain and update inventory data on a regular basis and ensure accuracy of same at all times.
Extract and analyze inventory data to help with efficient and effective inventory management and root cause analysis.
Maintain on site consignment inventory and work with vendors to establish a quarterly audit and reconciliation process.
Work with clinicians to set up vendor appointments for case support in vendor mate, if needed.
In charge of ordering, tracking, stocking and staging of all service/area specific supply needs.
Assist with the creation of new par location set up to ensure accuracy within system.
Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory and minimize cost across all supply locations.
Develop reports based around inventory par location utilization and metrics to report on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals
Monitor all inventory issues and ensures effective resolution.
Monitor upcoming case schedule to proactively manage and stage needed specialty items.
Cross train in other areas for a universal supply support structure.
Processes all paperwork pertinent to applicable duties.
Responds with patient and non-patient emergencies according to policies and procedures and job requirements.
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High school diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience: Three (3) years of inventory control experience
