The Center for Pediatric and Maternal Value Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all survey site visits from CMS Conditions of Participation, The Joint Commission, the California Department of Public Health and California Children's Services (CCS), Magnet, and any other governing agency. Coordinates survey participation and ensures all aspects of surveys are completed. Provides administrative coordination to the program including scheduling, maintaining calendars, managing traveling arrangements. Coordinates conferences and internal and external events, which includes but is not limited to catering, site and vendor selection.

AMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION
Provides administrative coordination to the program such as coordinating work meetings and conferences for staff/management.
Collaborates with Leadership team to track/maintain department projects and to optimize efficient workflows for front office systems.
May assist department hiring manager with on-boarding efforts.
Assists in budget reconciliation for routine administrative expenses.
Processes supply and equipment transactions including purchase orders and requisitions. Reviews invoices to ensure that items are correct in description, quantity, unit price, and total price.
Screens and prioritizes calls and appointments. Relays information to appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Routes inquires to other levels of the organization as appropriate.
Maintains filling system, data base, office supplies, and records for the office.
EVENT PLANNING
Organizes special events and meetings (staff and/or patient focused) including planning, facilitation, and implementation.
Coordinates logistics for hospital wide events by administering vendor contracts and payments, site selections, scheduling, and adhering to set budgets.
Provides onsite event support, registration management, equipment set-up, event parking, etc. May act as informal team leader during events.
Analyzes event operations, including tracking budget, establishing success metrics, and prepares and implements recommendations for improving operating efficiencies within the events.
SURVEY READINESS
Provides administrative support for Survey Operations Team/Command Center during State, CMS and Joint Commission Surveys.
Participates in survey readiness preparation meetings to plan for upcoming annual/tri-annual surveys.
Manages communications for Director, Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance related to survey sessions, daily agendas, invitee lists, room, food logistics, and coordinating conference room availability across all campuses.
Secures daily meal arrangements for the Survey Operations Team and Surveyors for the duration of the survey
Fields last minute requests identified by the Director, Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance or Survey Operations Team Lead(s).
Coordinates all scheduled and unscheduled site visits for governing and quality organizations.
Communicates site visit information to participating departments, units, and stakeholders.
Provides all necessary documentation to representatives during site visits.
Ensures surveys for CPMV are submitted and follows up with participants.
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: High school degree or GED equivalent.
Experience: Five (5) years of experience in a related work area.
License/Certification: None required.

Pay Range
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (1.0 FTE): $99,652.80 - $112,964.80
