The EBS Application Architect is responsible for reviewing application requirements and designs, analysis and coordination of the new/existing design of the Business System Applications. Including the identification and resolution of the application data flow, the application integration and support the application infrastructure requirements.

Must perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the hospital’s policies and procedures, including its Service Standards and its Code of Conduct.
Review application requirements and designs, analysis and coordination of the new/existing design of the Business System Applications.
Responsible for the identification and resolution of the application data flow, the application integration, and support the application infrastructure requirements.
Develop / Maintain integration and make sure it is consistent and in alignment with the existing information data flow structure.
Works as an application architect, understanding requirements and advises on application design in alignment with current business processes.
Handling integration design/application architecture for Business systems and config them if needed, performing unit/integration testing.
Controls system configuration and development processes by establishing standards, measuring work in process, interpreting results, and taking corrective action.
Maintain detailed technical documentation for new and existing integrations.
Recommend the industry's best standards for Application Architecture.
Coordinates project implementation activities with management, other Information Services personnel, end users, and vendors during all phases of the project life cycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts and strategies at all levels of the organization.
Ability to comprehend new technologies and related business value, coupled with the ability to establish a vision and plan for adopting new technology.
Production and on-call support for all Business Systems applications (HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, Budgeting) like EPSi, Kronos Dimensions, Kahuna, Cloud ERP, ARC Helios, UiPath, Punchouts (McKesson, CDW, etc.).
Contribute to the organization's Digital Transformation roadmap of Business Systems using Robotic Process Automation
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
Experience: 5 Years of progressively responsible directly related post-degree experience.
License/Certification: None required.

Pay Range
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.
Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Minimum to Midpoint Range (1.0 FTE): $124,800.00 - $165,484.80
