If your friend is successfully hired, we have increased our bonus levels to thank you for your partnership.

2 Ways to Make a Referral

There are a couple of ways to refer your friends, family or former colleagues:

AccessHR (Preferred)

To get started, simply visit AccessHR, and search through our open positions. If you find a match, you may either submit your friend's resume or email them a link to the position. You'll then be able to track their status as well as your bonus payout status if they are hired. If you are ready to refer a friend or check their status, click here.

Careers Website

Your friends, family or former colleagues can apply directly to a position on our website and list you as a referral. They will need to have your name and work email address to include in their application. If they successfully complete the application online, you will receive an approval email. You must complete the referral confirmation process in order to receive your bonus if they are hired.

You are not eligible for a bonus if you refer individuals currently employed at Stanford Health Care, Stanford University or within the Packard Children’s Health Alliance. For more information on the bonus tiers and other exceptions, please visit AccessHR.
