We aim to make our talent acquisition process as smooth as possible. Should you have questions regarding our process, we advise you to review some of our most frequently asked questions.

How do I apply for a position at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford/Stanford Medicine Children's Health?

At the top of this page and throughout our site, you'll find a job search bar that allows you to search for open positions by keyword, job title, or requisition (job ID) number. You may also filter your results by selecting particular job categories, shifts, or employment status (full-time, part-time, or relief) from the drop-down menu selections. Once you've entered your search criteria, simply click search and you'll receive a listing of related open positions on the following page.

I'm a current employee. Where do I go to search and apply to a position?

At the top of this page and throughout our site, you'll find a job search bar that includes the words "Positions open to current employees only are not included in these results. View Current Employee Openings." You can click View Current Employee Openings to view all openings available to current employees.

Can I submit my profile without applying to a position?

Yes. Please join our talent network. You will find the Talent Network on the Careers Home Page under Current Openings. To ensure your profile gets immediate attention, it is recommended you select one or more jobs for which you are qualified for and apply.

I don't have a resume. How can I apply?

Your resume is not required. However, the resume does help with the recruiters review process. You can manually enter your resume during the apply process.

Can I go back an edit my information during the apply process?

No. You will need to begin the apply process again.

My resume didn't parse. What should I do?

You can manually enter your information.

Can I apply to more than one position at a time? Do I need to create a new profile if I apply to more than one position?

For each application you submit you must go through a new apply process. 

Is there a way to check on the status of my application online?

Non-Employees: After you first apply to a job, you will receive an email with your username and password to check your application status. It’s important that you save this information for future use throughout our application process. Go to https://applyjobs.lpch.org, click “Sign In” and then enter the user name and password from this email to check your application status. If you do not remember your user name and password or you cannot find the email, simply click on https://applyjobs.lpch.org, click “Sign In” and then you will be able to request your username and password information from that page.

Current Employees: Click here and enter your user name and password. If you don't remember your user name and password, please complete our Contact Us form and select "Careers Page Feedback" from the drop-down list to submit your issue. We will follow up with you accordingly.

My computer froze up while attempting to apply and I am unable to submit my application? What should I do?

Please resubmit your application.

I'm having technical issues submitting my application. What should I do?

How do I send a job description or job to a friend?

Click on the email icon and select the social media icon you want to send the job description from, log in, and email to your friend.

Does Stanford Medicine Children's Health accept applications from agencies?

No. We do not accept applications directly through agencies. All agencies must work directly with our Human Resources Department.
