Employee recognition is an integral component of the Stanford Medicine Children's Health culture. Our employees and medical staff hold a wealth of skills and talents, and are the heart and soul behind the hospital and the services that we provide to patients and families. At Stanford Medicine Children's Health we are dedicated to acknowledging and rewarding our employees’ unique contributions to our patients’ lives and our standard of care.

Stanford Medicine Children's Health offers a healthy, well rounded array of recognition programs and appreciation events. In order to foster an environment of continuous recognition we provide programs for everyday recognition, quarterly recognition and annual recognition. Our 360 Recognition Program encourages all levels to show their gratitude towards one another. Our great recognition programs are inclusive of our Annual Achievement Awards Banquet where we recognize a dozen Gold ROSE Award winners, Grace Employee of the Year winner, and Excellence in Leadership Award winner in addition to our service awardees.

We take great pride in showing our appreciation for all employees. Throughout the year, the leadership team hosts several events ranging from an annual employee Gala/Picnic to holiday receptions and treats to supporting national Healthcare recognitions and observances.
